TND’s founder and CEO, Kerry is an experienced professional with a comprehensive set of skills and experience across a diverse portfolio. Having served as an Officer in the British Army for 16 years, she has developed skills in strategic planning, leadership, teamwork and personnel development, demonstrating commitment and capability in a multitude of challenging environments.
Her natural competence in these areas, coupled with extensive practical experience, have been instrumental in her subsequent career as a senior Leader in the corporate Occupational Health sector and now as CEO and founder of True North Development.
Having achieved a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Master of Science in Leadership and Management, Kerry excels in providing high-quality organisational and personal development programmes in the areas of leadership and management, Occupational wellbeing and Psychological resilience.

In addition to her leadership, management and wellbeing expertise, Kerry also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), which demonstrates her commitment to imparting knowledge and developing and mentoring future and current leaders; from children, through to post graduate students as well as current leadership professionals.
Kerry is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner enabling her to work with clients to overcome personal challenges, break through limiting beliefs and achieve their goals.
