The TND journey is split into three distinct categories:
Leading the way
This is our SLT module. Designed to engage SLT with deeper understanding of followership, communication styles, personality assessment and oganisational culture.
We challenge our clients to work in groups and as individuals to identify areas of personal growth, self-awareness and the impact of language whilst leading.
Leading With Impact
This is our baseline middle leadership module. Within this module we explore the importance of organisational culture, how we can influence positive change, building resilience and wellbeing and performance management.
This program is ideal for those who have had some leadership experience and want to develop their leadership knowledge. This module is designed to assist those who wish to attain a future SLT leadership role.
The Leadership Essentials
This program is ideal for anyone who is preparing to become a leader or has been promoted into a leadership role with little to no exposure to leading people.
This program will provide the foundations for a long and successful route to leadership. This module will lay the academic foundations of leadership & management with one to one and group discussions.
Leading people for the first time is daunting, lonely and sometimes frustrating. This is where our experienced trainers will assist you in being comfortable in being uncomfortable.
We will guide you every step of the way to help you achieve the confidence and focus to be a leader.
