Our purpose is driven by you. Our KHDA Approved training programs enable us to mentor, develop and maintain team and individual personal development. with an emphasis on leadership.

Our team of experts consists of experienced leaders, with proven practical and academic success in areas such as NLP, Executive Mentoring and Occupational Wellbeing.

We have two variations of baseline programs. Northward for those in the workplace, and Northbound for our future leaders, aimed at those between 11-18 years.

All programs feature three distinct pathways. True North, Magnetic North and Grid North. Based on the principles of map reading all three are important and strive towards one consistent goal but range in detail.
