Welcome to our Teenage Leadership Program, where young minds embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
Designed to cultivate the leaders of tomorrow, through interactive sessions and real-world challenges, participants can utilise their communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
Guided by experienced mentors, teens can explore their full potential. Together, we inspire the next generation of leaders to embrace responsibility, drive positive change, and make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
As with all True North programs the journey is divided into three distinct categories:
Leading the way
Targeted at those aged 16-18 years. This program is designed for those about to embark on a journey of discovery, be it continued education or work.
This will focus on CV writing, presentation skills and personality profiling.
Leading With Impact
Targeted at 14-16 years, this program is designed for those looking to the future and making decisions about future education and life choices.
The Leadership Essentials
Targeting 11-14 years, this program is for those about to transition through to senior school and help guide them through areas such as conflict, boundaries and commununication.
